EMDR Certification Cohort
A year long, immersive pathway for therapists who want to become confident, grounded EMDR practitioners with depth and clarity.
Become the therapist you are meant to be
EMDR Certification is not about memorizing steps or following a script. It is about learning how to use EMDR as a living, breathing process. It is about understanding the rhythm of the protocol and the humanity of the person sitting in front of you.
This cohort is designed for therapists who want depth rather than hours. You will learn how to listen differently, think differently, and feel more grounded in the therapy room. You will learn how to track core beliefs, follow the client instead of the manual, and work with trauma in a way that is steady, safe, and deeply attuned.
By the end of this cohort you will not only be ready for certification. You will trust yourself more. You will know how to sit with complexity without getting lost. You will use EMDR as a skill and a dance.
What You Will Learn
During our year together you will build a strong, confident EMDR foundation that integrates the realities of trauma, attachment, emotional neglect, dissociation, spiritual and religious trauma, ADHD, and neurodivergence. You will learn how to move fluidly between preparation, reprocessing, and integration and how to pace clients who are overwhelmed, shut down, perfectionistic, or deeply disconnected from their internal world.
Our work goes far beyond EMDR mechanics. You will develop your clinical intuition, your ability to conceptualize cases through the AIP model, and your capacity to stay grounded so your clients can feel safe enough to heal.
Ten Group Consultations
Small, supportive groups where we discuss cases, explore stuck points, deepen your understanding of the protocol, and learn how to navigate complex trauma.
What You Receive in the Certification Cohort
Ten Individual Consultations
One on one time dedicated to your cases, your unique learning edges, and your growth as a trauma therapist.
A Full Year Together
This work takes time. Our year long structure gives you space to practice, reflect, and integrate instead of rushing through the process.
Support for EMDRIA Requirements
Guidance with tracking hours, reviewing cases, preparing documentation, and ensuring you feel ready for certification.
How the Cohort Flows
Cohorts run quarterly so you can choose the start date that works best for you. Once enrolled, you join a small group of therapists who move through the full year together. You will receive a clear outline for group dates, suggested pacing for your individual sessions, and regular support throughout the year.
Group consultations focus on real cases, parts mapping, understanding client blocks, pacing the protocol, and integrating EMDR with trauma informed, attachment informed, and identity informed work. Individual consultations give you deeper, personalized guidance for the clients you bring.
By the end of the year you will have completed all twenty consultation hours required for EMDR certification and will feel steady and confident in your EMDR practice.
Who This Is For
This cohort is a good fit for therapists who have completed EMDR basic training and are actively using EMDR with clients. It is especially supportive for therapists working with complex trauma, emotional neglect, religious trauma, dissociation, ADHD, or neurodivergence.
If you want to feel more confident in the therapy room, understand EMDR at a deeper level, and grow into a grounded, intuitive trauma therapist, this cohort is for you.
