EMDR Consultant-in-Training (CiT) Cohort
A year long, immersive pathway for EMDR Certified Therapists who are ready to grow into the role of EMDRIA Approved Consultant. This cohort is designed to help you strengthen your clinical thinking, develop your consultant identity, build steady leadership skills, and gain the confidence needed to support therapists as they deepen their EMDR work.
Step Into Your Role as an EMDR Consultant
Becoming an EMDR Consultant is a meaningful shift in identity. It invites you to move with a different kind of presence, confidence, and clarity as you guide other therapists in their work. This path asks you to hold complexity, think at a higher clinical level, and support consultees as they grow into their own abilities.
The EMDR Consultation-in-Training (CiT) Cohort gives you the space, structure, and mentorship to develop this role with intention. Across the year you will deepen your ability to conceptualize cases, identify patterns and blocks, and guide therapists through the moments when they feel unsure or overwhelmed. You will cultivate your consultant voice, strengthen your leadership skills, and create a consultation approach that reflects your values, your experience, and your clinical wisdom.
This is a year of stepping into leadership, supporting other therapists with confidence, and growing into the consultant you are ready to be.
